Our park is primarily a family oriented park. We encourage quiet relaxing holidays, in a friendly, clean, well maintained environment within a tropical setting of palms, gardens and lawns.

The entire park is completely level with lovely grassed sites and sealed roads throughout. We have security boom gates which only permit guests to enter the park.

The first-class facilities, such as accommodation, resort styled swimming pool including toddlers pool (all solar heated for guests comfort), playground, B.B.Q area, kitchen and T.V room for campers, activity equipment like bikes, body boards, and park boat all enable you to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of a beachside holiday.

We are quietly nestled in the heart of Tathra directly opposite the seasonally patrolled surf beach. Within easy level walking distance to shops, restaurants, bowling club, golf club and tennis courts.

Tathra has a great walking/bike track just along from our park which goes for 3 kilometres down to the Bega River. Park guests can take advantage of our hire bikes to ride along the track. Guests also enjoy a full day out fishing, picnicing or simply sightseeing with our hire boat in either the Bega River or Wallagoot Lake (about 10 minutes south of us).

Fishing is a very popular activity in Tathra with both the locals and tourists. You can fish from the historical wharf, surrounding beaches, rivers or lakes. If deep sea fishing is your passion, charter boats are also available.

Tathra offers excellent vantage points for land based whale watching (season September-November) as whales often frolic in the bays surrounding Tathra. For an offshore view of these magnificent creatures we also provide a booking service for whale and dolphin watching with local charter boat operators.

We are surrounded by national parks which bush walkers and nature lovers alike enjoy. The Bega Valley is renowned for its beautiful breathtaking scenery.

Tathra is centrally located within the Bega Valley Shire, with Merimbula an easy 20 minute drive south and Eden only 40 minutes away. To the north historical Tilba is a 40 minute drive including the fishing port of Bermagui. To the west Bega is only 15 minutes inland and the gateway to inland villages of Candelo, Bemboka and Wyndham.

We are in a very convenient location to set up camp and take the odd day trip around the valley, exploring the scenery and tourist attractions the Sapphire Coast has to offer.
