| Fees |
All fees payable in advance or on arrival. No refunds will be given for early departures. |
| Departures |
10 am checkout. Accommodation must be left clean and tidy, with rubbish removed. NO cleaning charge is made for accommodation provided they are left in reasonable condition. Any breakages must be paid for. |
| Occupational Health and Safety |
Guests must comply with any direction of the park owner or staff in relation to compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 2001. |
| Boom Gate |
The boom gate lowers automatically after each vehicle passes through, so it is necessary for each vehicle to use their own card to raise the gate, ONE CAR, ONE CARD. Bikes, scooters and the like are not to be ridden near boom gates, SPEED LIMIT is WALKING PACE only (8kph). Please be aware of young children and pedestrians. We all share the roads. |
| Children |
Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children within the park and its facilities and must be supervised properly so that they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. Children under 9 years must be accompanied by an adult in the amenities, laundry, and TV room. All children and teenagers must be back at their sites/accommodation by 10pm |
| Pool |
Opens at 8am and closes at dusk. Children under 12 years must be supervised by an adult. No surfboards, bodyboards, inflatable toys (swim aids exempted), glass, or alcohol are permitted in the pool area. |
| Noise |
It is essential to respect your neighbours right to have PEACE AND QUIET. Please remember to keep TV, radios, and the like at a volume that will not annoy your neighbours. ALL NOISE TO CEASE BY 10PM. Drunkenness, offensive behavior or rowdy parties will not be tolerated under any circumstances. |
| Sites |
Guests must keep their caravan/tent sites tidy and free of litter. All camping equipment and vehicles etc must be clear of roadways. |
| Security |
Please ensure that you don't leave valuables unattended outside your accommodation or sites at any time. We do live in a safe environment, but you never know! |
| Visitors |
No outside visitors after 10 pm. A fee is applicable for overnight stay of any visitor with arrangement made in advance. Visitors cars must remain outside the park. |
| Fish Cleaning |
Is NOT PERMITTED IN PARK or ACCOMMODATION. There are great facilities at Kianniny boat ramp or clean your fish where you catch them. |
| Garbage |
Must be wrapped securely in plastic bags and placed in green "wheelie" bins. |
| Amenities Block and Babies Room |
Are cleaned daily. Children must be accompanied by an adult. |
| Laundry |
Washing machines (25 minute cycle) and dryers (10 to 15 min cycles) coin operated, with change at the office. |
| Camp Kitchen |
Located through the TV room. Kitchen contains stove/oven, microwave, sink with hot/cold water, fridge, table and chairs. Please leave clean for other guests to use. Kitchen must be locked after use and keys are available from the office. Items placed in fridge to be labelled with name and date. |
| TV / Games Room |
Opens at 8 am and closes at 10 pm. Table tennis balls and 60c and available from the office. Television stations are WIN, ABC, CAPITAL, PRIME & SBS. Videos are played on Channel 6 in holiday periods. |
| Playground |
Opens at 8 am till dark. Parents are to supervise children. |
| Bike and Boogie Board hire |
$6 per day. Winter time is free. Boat Hire: $70.00 per day. Fishing, sightseeing and/or picnicking can be done on the Bega River or Wallagoot Lake. |
| Alcohol |
No alcohol or glass containers to be consumed or carried in amenities block, pool area and TV/Games Room |
| Antisocial Behavior |
Any person or persons found damaging park property, amenities and fittings will be prosecuted immediately and removed from the park. |
| Pets |
Strictly no dogs or other pets allowed in the park or its accommodation. |
| Bikes, scooters and roller blades |
To be ridden on road only and must not be ridden after dark. Parents are to ensure children wear necessary equipment. SKATE BOARDS are NOT to be ridden within park grounds. |
| The Seabreeze Holiday Park is hereby exempted from all loss and liabilities however incurred. |
